Return Policy

    At Tire Pig, we stand behind every tire and service we provide. If you're not completely satisfied, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

    1. Tire Returns — General Eligibility

    Unmounted, unused tires in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, tires must meet all of the following conditions:

    • Free from mounting marks, bead damage, scuffing, or any signs of use
    • In original manufacturer packaging with all labels, stickers, and documentation intact
    • Accompanied by your Tire Pig order number or proof of purchase
    • Returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Tire Pig (see Section 8)

    Once tires have been mounted on a wheel or rim, or driven on in any way, they are no longer eligible for return unless a verified manufacturer defect is present (see Section 4).

    2. Wheels Returns

    Unmounted, uninstalled wheels in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions outlined in Section 1. Wheels that have been mounted, used, or altered — including those with any scratches, curb rash, or installation marks — are not eligible for return. Custom-finish or special-order wheels are non-returnable (see Section 6).

    3. Installed Service Returns

    If you are unsatisfied with a tire installation, balancing, rotation, or any other mobile service performed by a Tire Pig Certified Installer, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work with the Installer to re-perform the service at no charge, or we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Please note that Tire Pig Certified Installers are independent contractors; your primary remedy for installation service issues may lie with the Installer directly.

    4. Manufacturer Defects

    Tires and wheels that fail due to a manufacturer defect are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty, not Tire Pig's return policy. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim processes vary by manufacturer. We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer and provide any purchase documentation you need. Please retain your original Tire Pig invoice as proof of purchase. Do not discard defective product until the warranty claim has been resolved.

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a tire or wheel that is visibly damaged in transit, or if the wrong product was shipped, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tirepig.com or (844) 666-6465. Please include photos of the damage and your packaging upon contacting us. We will arrange a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost. Failure to report damage or incorrect shipment within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a free replacement.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

    • Tires or wheels that have been mounted, driven on, or altered in any way
    • Special-order, custom, or made-to-order tires and wheels sourced specifically for your vehicle
    • Completed installation services (subject to our satisfaction guarantee in Section 3)
    • Items purchased as final sale or clearance
    • Tire pressure monitoring sensors (TPMS) once removed from original packaging
    • Valve stems, lug nuts, and other consumable hardware once installed
    • Digital products, memberships, or fees (see Section 7)

    7. Piggy Back Club Membership — Cancellation and Refunds

    Piggy Back Club membership fees are billed annually. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new memberships and renewals — if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date for a full refund. After the 30-day window, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to membership benefits until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused membership periods beyond the 30-day guarantee window. To cancel or request a refund, log in to your account or contact us at info@tirepig.com.

    8. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

    To start a return or report a service issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at info@tirepig.com or call (844) 666-6465 with your order number and reason for return
    2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return eligibility confirmation and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    3. Package tires securely in original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
    4. Ship the return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation — returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or subject to delay
    5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days

    9. Shipping Policy

    Tire Pig ships to all 50 U.S. states. The following delivery timelines apply to all orders placed through tirepig.com:

    • In-Stock Items: Orders for tires and wheels available in inventory will be delivered within 14 days of order confirmation. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
    • Special-Order / Custom Goods: For tires or wheels that require special ordering or custom configuration, processing time will not exceed 20 days from order confirmation, and shipping time after processing will not exceed 7 days. You will be notified if your order falls into this category at the time of purchase.

    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be clearly displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. Tire Pig is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control, including weather events, customs holds, or carrier service disruptions.

    Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within the estimated processing window, please contact us at info@tirepig.com.

    10. Return Shipping Costs

    Unless a return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, transit damage, or a verified pick-and-pack mistake), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as Tire Pig is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. For returns resulting from our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    11. Refund Process

    Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. If you paid using a Piggy Bank financing option (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, or Katapult) or via Shopify Payments, your refund will follow that provider's standard refund process, which may differ from the above timeline.

    12. Exchanges

    We are happy to exchange eligible tires or wheels for a different size, model, or brand. To initiate an exchange, follow the same RMA process outlined in Section 8 and indicate that you are requesting an exchange. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability and standard return eligibility requirements.

    13. Restocking Fee

    A restocking fee of $15 per tire applies to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. The restocking fee is waived for returns resulting from our error (wrong item shipped, transit damage, or verified pick-and-pack mistake). There is no restocking fee on wheel returns; wheels are subject to return eligibility as described in Section 2.
